Supreme Court Annuls The Appointment Of CVC Asks Him To Go

Today the Supreme Court has annulled the appointment of Commissioner Thomas PJ central supervision. Thomas is facing a corruption case in Kerala as the CVC.

Bench Chief Justice SH Kapadia and Justice KS Radhakrishnan and Justice Swatanter Kumar stayed sentence of 10 February PTI reported.

GDP by NGO Centre for Public Interest Litigation (CPIL) and retired bureaucrats and police officials, including former head of the Election Committee JM Lyngdoh, had challenged the appointment Thomas' place, taking into account the criminal case pending against him, the Court of Kerala.
